Biscotti is an Italian word that literally means twice-cooked. The original recipe of biscotti (also known as cantucci or cantuccini) calls for the dough to be baked once as a whole and then sliced and baked again.
These unique Biscotti are offered by local artisan Chef Anson Goh, the Founder of bake&bake. With his 11 years of experience in hand-slicing techniques and meticulously creating the recipe these Biscotti are sure to be crunchy! We chose it because they elevate your tea experience to the next level.
The Biscotti are made with no butter/oil and less sugar.
Ingredients: Flour, Egg, Sugar, Almond.
