Serves 50 cups per 1kg.   

  • Ingredients: 100% black Ceylon tea, Australian bushland honey, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, peppercorns, cloves, fresh ginger salt, love.
  • Brewing Notes:  (1) In a teapot: Fill 1/4 with boiling water, add 2-3 heaped teaspoon of chai per person, top up with hot milk (soy recommended) steep for 2 mins, strain and enjoy; (2) On the stove: Add one heaped tablespoon of chai per cup of milk, bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes, strain and enjoy; sweeten with honey if needed.
  • Shelf-Life: 1.5 years from production date as reflected from the packaging.
  • Storage notes: Store in a dry, cool place.
