Tie Guan Yin is also known as the 'Iron Goddess of Mercy'. Our Tie Guan Yin selection is baked a type of Oolong from Nantou County.

This tea is smooth on the palate and has tasting notes of smokiness, woodiness, maltiness, burnt caramel, coffee, and chocolate! The liquor appears as a deep amber.
