Order & Delivery
Free standard courier shipping for orders above SGD40/- in Singapore.
Standard courier shipping may take 5 business days to arrive (depends on courier's speed due to COVID-19).
For orders below SGD40/-, the shipping fee is a flat fee of SGD4.30/- via standard courier shipping (via Qxpress).
We also offer an option for 3-day courier shipping (excluding Sun, PH & Order day) at a flat rate of SGD5/-.
You may reach out to us if you'd prefer express / same-day shipping. We'll assist you with express courier option via Grabdelivery / Lalalmove. Delivery fee will be quoted as per delivery platforms based on your delivery address.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
How do you package the products?
We package our teas in regular mailing bags. For fragile items, we bubblewrap the items and package them in bubble mailers. If you're looking for a gift, please let us know and we'll be happy to pack them in our cotton bag and include a note / message card for you.
What are your international shipping charges like? What type of shipping do you offer?
We ship via courier. Shipping charges will be quoted accordingly at check out page.
I don't like my tea. Can I ask for an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or exchanges.
What sizes and packaging do your teas come in?
- 10 grams silver resealable packets - 11 x 16cm;
- 30grams Tins - 8.3 x 3.8cm;
- 50grams Tins - 10 x 4.3cm
What is the shelf-life for your tea products?
All teas are best consumed within 1 year of purchase, however please refer to individual product pages for their indicated shelf-life.
How should I brew them?
All teas may have different brewing methods. Please refer to the individual product pages for their brewing notes.
