What are your delivery charges within Singapore?
We offer complimentary standard courier shipping for orders above SGD 75. Orders below SGD 75 will incur a flat fee of SGD 4.30. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All international orders are shipped via courier, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that any applicable duties or import taxes will be borne by the customer.
How will my order be packed?
All teas are packed with care in mailing envelopes or cartons. Fragile items are wrapped securely. If your order is a gift, we’re happy to include a handwritten message — simply leave your note at checkout or email us.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Add your message during checkout, or send it to us directly. We’ll include it with your order on a handwritten card.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
What if something isn’t quite right with my order?
Please email us with your order number and details. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item is faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, let us know — we’re here to help.

Do your tea bags contain plastic?
No. Our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based, biodegradable material — safe for you and the environment. Due to their compostable nature, we recommend using them within 9 to 12 months and storing them in a cool, dry place.
How long will my teas stay fresh?
Our loose teas are best enjoyed within 12 to 24 months. For pyramid tea bags, we recommend 9 to 12 months from the packing date. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and humidity.
Where are your teas from?
We source from trusted growers across Japan, China, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Egypt, and beyond — always selected with care for flavour, character, and integrity.
Can I cold brew your teas?
Yes. Most of our teas can be cold brewed. Steep in cold water for 6–12 hours depending on the blend.
Do your teas contain flavourings or allergens?
We do not use artificial flavourings or sweeteners. Some blends may contain dried fruit, flowers, or herbs. If you have specific sensitivities, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to clarify ingredients.

Do you offer gift-ready packaging?
Yes. Every order is thoughtfully packed. Gift messages can be included, and we also offer curated gift sets during seasonal periods.
