Brewing Notes

(1) In a teapot: Fill 1/4 with boiling water, add 2-3 heaped teaspoon of chai per person, top up with hot milk (soy recommended) steep for 2 mins, strain and enjoy; (2) On the stove: Add one heaped tablespoon of chai per cup of milk, bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes, strain and enjoy; sweeten with honey if needed.
