Silver Needle (White Tea)
Silver Needle is amongst the most revered of white Chinese teas, produced in the Fuding and Zhenghe districts of the Fujian province.
There are only a few specific days in the early spring season at which this tea can be gathered. It is made exclusively with shoots that have not opened.
It has a unique, nutty flavor accompanied by a mild sweetness.
