Sencha is one of the most popular Japanese teas. It accounts for about two-thirds of all tea made in Japan. Our Sencha is grown 100% in the sun (unshaded) and are made from first picking in spring. Fukamushi Sencha is created by steaming the green teas longer than usual sencha - deep steamed.
