Tung Ting (or Dong Ding) is a classic oolong produced in central taiwan, Nantou County at an elevation of 400-800 metres in a mountainous area.
Tung Ting is a ball-rolled oolong, lightly oxidized (between 15-25%). The flavor of the tea is well balanced and smooth. The steeped tea leaves results in floral notes along with slight buttery / velvety mouth feel.
