Tung Ting (Organic)

Tung Ting (or Dong Ding) is a classic oolong produced in central Taiwan, Nantou County.
Tung Ting is a ball-rolled oolong, lightly oxidized (between 15-20%). The flavor of the tea is well balanced and smooth. The steeped tea leaves results in nutty, cashew-like notes along with smooth mouthfeel.
