A Taiwanese take on a Chinese classic tea. Produced in Nantou County, Taiwan, Shui Xian also known as Narcissus or Fairy Oolong.

Its oxidation is approximately 35-40%. Its liquor is bright amber and gives the taste of ripe stone fruits and honey.
